Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the VÉRITÉ fashion webshop.

Article 3 – Offer and Agreement

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer accepts the offer and meets the specified conditions.

Article 4 – Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in euros, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made using the available payment methods on the website.

Article 5 – Delivery

We aim to ship your order as soon as possible, within a maximum of 1 business day. Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within **14 days** of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

* During this period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.
* The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, if reasonably possible.
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
* Once the returned item is received in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Article 7 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that:

* Are custom-made or personalized;
* Are of a clearly personal nature;
* Are hygiene-sensitive and have been unsealed after delivery.

Article 9 – Liability

VÉRITÉ fashion is not liable for any indirect damage unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

Article 10 – Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where VÉRITÉ fashion is based.
